Hassan Al Balushi

Managing Director & Founder

Hassan founded USTS to bring enterprise-grade security and IT delivery standards to organizations across Oman. His background spans systems integration, client advisory, and operational leadership for multi-site projects in banking, hospitality, and government environments. Before leading USTS, he worked in regional technical sales and enterprise solutions delivery, building a practical understanding of how security, networking, and service quality affect business continuity. At USTS he has overseen more than 5000 installations, expanded the delivery team beyond 50 specialists, and helped establish the company's 99.8% uptime record. He focuses on solution strategy, client relationships, and long-term account planning. Hassan holds executive training in business leadership and ISO 27001 awareness, and he is known internally for keeping technical quality tied to real customer outcomes. His guiding belief is simple: every project should make the client more resilient, not just more equipped.

Amina Al Balushi

Technical Director & CTO

Amina leads technical design standards across CCTV, networking, access control, and systems integration programs. She came into USTS with a systems engineering background shaped by enterprise infrastructure and security architecture work, and she has since directed deployments for large campuses, healthcare sites, and multi-building facilities. Her strengths are solution design, platform selection, and turning operational requirements into maintainable technical architectures. At USTS she has led major surveillance and networking programs, standardized delivery playbooks, and helped roll out AI analytics across more than 150 installations. Her certifications include network engineering and security-focused professional training, and she works closely with project, support, and presales teams to keep designs realistic from day one. Amina's mission is to build systems that stay dependable long after launch, because trust is earned in the years after commissioning, not just on handover day.

Salim Al Rawahi

Operations Manager

Salim manages project execution, field coordination, quality assurance, and service readiness across the USTS delivery portfolio. His background combines installation management, stakeholder coordination, and practical process improvement for technically demanding environments. Before taking on operations leadership, he worked across deployment supervision and customer support roles, which gave him a strong grasp of what teams need in the field and what clients need after go-live. At USTS he has coordinated hundreds of implementation milestones, improved documentation standards, and supported consistent delivery across security, networking, and access-control programs. He is especially effective at keeping timelines realistic while preserving quality and safety. Salim brings project management discipline, installation oversight, and service escalation experience to the role. His personal standard is that clients should feel informed, supported, and confident at every stage of delivery, especially when the project is complex.

Sales & Business Development Manager

Maryam leads enterprise client engagement, solution discovery, and growth planning across key verticals in Oman. Her background is in B2B sales, account management, and consultative solution selling, with experience guiding organizations through technical buying decisions that involve multiple stakeholders. At USTS she has helped expand strategic accounts in retail, healthcare, logistics, and corporate sectors by aligning project scope with operational priorities rather than generic product pitches. She works closely with the engineering and delivery teams to shape proposals that are commercially practical and technically credible.
